Installation Information for Vent-Free Logs, Vent Free Fireplaces, Vent-Free Fireplace Inserts and other Vent Free Products

Customer is responsible for having vent-free gas logs, vent free fireplaces, vent-free inserts and other vent-free products installed either by themselves or by hiring a contractor.

It is the customer's responsibility to secure all necessary permits (building, electrical, etc.) as required by city or town.

If you hire a contractor or service person to install your vent free gas logs, fireplace, insert or other product, make sure that you hire a reputable firm.

It is recommended that you inspect your installation to make sure it has been performed to your specifications.

In the event of a problem or dispute it is recommended that you settle it before you pay the installer.
