The Monessen DIS Vent-Free Fireplace Insert provides supplemental heat without the hassle of wood, but with the realism of glowing coals and dancing yellow flames. Designed to fit most masonry fireplaces, fitting a minimum fireplace opening of 24" high and 33" wide. Heats up to 950 sq. ft., all the heat stays in your home. Concealed control panel accessible from lower louver. Fixed safety screen for piece of mind. Choose from two different size surround trims - Standard size will fit openings up to 43"wide x 33" high or Large size will fit openings up to 50" wide x 36" high. (A surround trim must be selected in order to make the insert complete).
